At long last my training kitchen is ready and the following is the first of this years classes. Each class will be for a maximum of 6 people making them very personal. All classes will be held here in Bowriefauld by Forfar. Full day classes will include lunch and all refreshments including some of my own treats and evening classes will include all refreshments.

Beginners Novelty Cake Decorating.

I have taught this class for 2 and a half years and have over 120 students who have enjoyed themselves greatly. Learn the basics of sugar and its uses and decorate a parcel dummy cake complete with cute little teddy bear. At the end of the class you will take your creation home and have a dummy to practice on later. Saturday 14th January 2012 10am - 4pm Price £70

Handbag Decorating Class.

This is the class I get asked to do the most, with me guiding you through the process in easy steps you will learn how to make a beautiful shaped cake to take home Saturday 21st January 2012 10am - 4pm Price £85

Modelling Figures.

Learn how to make "little people" to add to your cakes. This is an evening class. Wednesday 18th January 7pm - 9.30pm Price £45

Valentine Cupcake Class.

Have a fun couple of hours learning to decorate a box of 6 stunning valentine themed cupcakes to take home and enjoy or give as a gift to a loved one. Sunday 12th Feb 3pm - 5.30pm Mon 13th Feb 7pm - 9.30pm Price £40
