Part-timeDundeeCollege chef, lecturerDoreen Culley, is helping her class bake an 80lb yuletide monstercakein the shape of aChristmastree.

She confesses, however, that when a student atDundee College22 years ago she really believed she would never be a baker.

''To be honest, my baking back then was a disaster,'' said Doreen.

Dundee College Students' Association will raffle the cake for charity.
