Red velvet cake made famous worldwide by the show Sex in the City is a rich chocolate cake dark red in colour. My cupcakes are topped with a fluffy cream cheese topping and are quite deliciouseven if I do say so myself. Hopefully these will go well and I will update the blog with any news. In addition to this I also tried out peanut butter and chocolate and this has been received with some really good feedback.
